Noose & Monkey returns with its seventh collection, full of fine fabrics and colours that look good enough to eat, it promises to be the biggest, boldest collection to date!
Male celebrities were recently adorning the red carpet with Noose and Monkey pieces at the British National Television Awards. They sure are a brand who know no-bounds when it comes to tailoring – definitely living up to their ‘revolutionary tailoring’ status.
Their SS17 collection has us looking-forward to the Spring/Summer season, with pieces fit for Spring weddings, Summer rooftop bars – whatever the occasion you’ll turn a head or two.
From vibrantly coloured 2 piece suits, to luxe crocodile and snake-skin blazer designs, velvet is a huge this SS17 and Noose & Monkey have certainly stepped-up the game for this trend.
Already set to be one of the season’s best sellers are the ‘Pollock’ velvets. Available as standalone blazers or paired up with matching trousers in 4 different colours; burgundy, pink, ice blue and duck egg.
Featuring a shawl lapel and super soft velvet exterior, this is an evening wear essential.
Oh and they haven’t stopped there! SS17 has also seen the introduction of another new style – the ‘Picasso tail’ coat with all-over velvet flocking design. A classic style with a modern twist – wedding-wear sorted!
As seen at the big events so far, two new tuxedos have been introduced; the ‘Titian’ burgundy, textured 3-piece and for a crisp, clean summer cut & the ‘Rothco,’ and all-white 2-piece tuxedo; both featuring a notch lapel with sateen detailing. Either style ensuring you are red carpet ready for any event.
Noose & Monkey’s staple suits are back with a burst of colour this summer season; bright pink, wine & pistachio amongst many other colours of the 3 piece ‘Ellroy’ (featuring the signature horseshoe waistcoat) will be released throughout the season.
The bestselling ‘Ginsberg’ tartan suit has also had a 2017 makeover; renamed the ‘Hogarth’ and released in a brand-new burgundy/navy colourway, (an early season release) it has all but sold out online. Along with the continued classic green/navy tartan, there will be restocks – by popular demand.
Following the success of the leather and bomber jackets of AW15, Noose & Monkey are revisiting casual wear for SS17.
3 all-new versatile velvet bombers will be landing this season. The ‘Monet’ a gold, crushed velvet jacket is a sure-fire party piece. Styled down with a t-shirt and black jeans or paired up with matching velvet suit-joggers.
As well as the growing online store nooseandmonkey.com, the brand is also proudly stocked online and across the globe in ASOS, Zalando and De Bijenkorf, as well Topman online and in store in Oxford Circus (London) and selected stores across the states.
